Acquisitions

Considering the Next Chapter for Your Business?

We are interested in connecting with owners of established businesses who are exploring succession, a sale, or a long-term ownership transition.

Our perspective

A business is more than a transaction

Your business represents years of work — the employees who rely on it, the customers who trust it, the relationships you have built, and the legacy you want to protect.

We approach every conversation with that in mind: respectfully, confidentially, and with a long-term owner’s perspective. There is no pressure and no obligation; an initial conversation is simply a chance to learn about each other.

Acquisition interests

Two ways we acquire

A

Operating business acquisitions

We are interested in established businesses with:

  • Demonstrated operating history
  • Sustainable customer demand
  • Positive or improvable cash flow
  • Sound underlying business fundamentals
  • Opportunities for operational or commercial improvement

Potential sectors include

  • Business services
  • Transportation and logistics
  • Healthcare-related services
  • Essential local services
  • Other established service businesses

These categories are not exclusive.

B

Business + real estate acquisitions

We are particularly interested in situations where a business owner also owns the commercial property from which the business operates. We may evaluate acquiring:

  • The operating business
  • The associated commercial real estate
  • Both assets as part of one coordinated transaction
  • The business and property through separate but related transaction structures

Property ownership is not required for every acquisition. Where appropriate, we welcome the opportunity to explore acquiring both the business and its underlying real estate.

Business Acquisitions. Real Estate. Long-Term Ownership.

We evaluate opportunities to acquire established businesses and, where possible, the real estate associated with their operations. Our interest extends beyond the operating company to the underlying assets that can support long-term business stability and value creation.

If you own both your business and the property it operates from, we’d welcome a conversation about acquiring them together.

Our approach

A simple, confidential process

  1. Step 1: Initial conversation

An informal, no-obligation discussion about your business and what you are hoping for.

  2. Step 2: Confidentiality arrangements

Before sharing sensitive information, we put an appropriate confidentiality agreement in place.

  3. Step 3: Business and financial review

We work to understand the operations, customers, people, and financial performance.

  4. Step 4: Structure and next steps

We discuss a potential transaction structure, including any associated real estate, and agree on next steps.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement or any obligation for either party. Confidentiality terms are agreed separately, in writing, before sensitive information is shared. We make no guarantees about transaction outcomes, timing, or post-transaction roles.
